Webhook

The Webhook integration sends events from your Sendeasy project (incoming/outgoing messages, delivery status, ticket changes, etc.) to an HTTPS URL of yours.

Webhooks can be configured at two scopes:

• General — receives events from every channel in the company.
• Per specific channel — receives events only from the chosen channel.
