WhatsApp button

Fixed button in the corner of the website that opens a conversation on your WhatsApp with the message already typed. It does not create a channel or a ticket: the conversation happens on WhatsApp.

Installation

Create it in Website chat > New widget > WhatsApp button, enter the number with country and area code and paste the code:

Everything you configure in the panel applies to the website without pasting the code again.

What you can configure

• WhatsApp: main number, opening message, include the page in the message and linked channel (panel reference only).
• Button: text, button color, icon and text color, delay before showing, show on all devices, mobile only or desktop only, call-out bubble with text.
• Agents: up to 10, with name, role and number. With more than one, the click opens a list for the visitor to choose; each agent can have its own opening message.
• Business hours: days, start, end and time zone. Outside the hours the button stays, but shows a notice.
• Tracking (UTM): adds utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign to the page address included in the message.
• Position: right or left.
