Create a project and workspace

In Sendeasy, a project is the company workspace. It contains the team, channels, contacts, tickets, Kanban, bots, flows, calendars and integrations. There is no separate “create workspace” step.

Step by step

1. Sign in to the Sendeasy console.
2. On Projects, click New Project.
3. Enter the company name and the responsible person's name, email and mobile number.
4. Click Next, choose a plan and click Create project.
5. Complete checkout when it is displayed.
6. Open the new project card to enter the workspace.

Recommended setup order

1. Connect a channel in Channels.
2. Create support stages in Kanban.
3. Invite agents and set permissions.
4. Configure bots or flows and associate them with the right stages.
5. Run a controlled test conversation.

Each project is isolated. Channels, data and permissions are not automatically shared between projects.
